The Texas Wagon Smoker cooks by smoke rather than by heat. This traditional method of cooking adds intense flavours and produces the tenderest meat you’ll ever experience. Use the detachable fire box on the right hand side to burn wood or charcoal, creating smoke which passes through the barrel-shaped centre chamber, cooking the food, then out through the chimney.

The chimney is adjustable to control the smoke flow-through rate and the fire box has an oxygen feed opening in case the coals need it. Inside are sliding racks to place the food and there’s also a small rack in front of the unit to place tools.

The central chamber also doubles as a traditional charcoal BBQ for crisping up your food at the end of a smoking session if you would like to.
